Video games still worth playing on a PS4

Who doesn’t love a list? List of lists, everyone loves a list! It’s a bit of a mental run up to the Christmas month of madness even with lockdown being a thing. Some of us don’t have the shiny newness and want something to take our minds off that (some suggestions for that over here) If you still want to make the most of your Black Friday money and have credit on the PSN to burn, then perhaps take a look at these games here? Help yourself to this lovely list of links, games and tasty treats to take away!

If you fancy a hack and slash:

Berserk – Band of the hawk – Reviewed over here.
Still one of the most underrated musou style games out there. Berserk is fantastically gory fun.

Fate/EXTELLA LINK – Reviewed over here.
If Berserk is too gory then Fate is the perfect opposite. Incredibly sharp and vivid musou action.

The ideal game to sink hours into. Slashing away through monsters and demons.

Honourable mentions:
Alienation, Attack on Titan, Diablo III
, Lego Dimensions & Transformers: Devastation

If you fancy a third person action adventure:

Control – Reviewed over here.
Game of the year 2019 on this very site. The Ultimate Edition now includes the extra 2 expansions.

Come on. It’s the best Disgaea ever made (so far) Stunning sprites and super deep strategy.

Fairy Tale – Reviewed over here.
Weirdly gripping, I can’t remember the last time I felt compelled to Platinum a PS4 title let alone an RPG.

A different type of Roguelike, with a story that has some sharp writing.
